Your mission
As an administrator, you will work with ongoing administrative tasks that are crucial for the operations to function daily. The work is varied and includes both planned tasks and urgent interventions, primarily related to sick leave and staffing. You will have daily contact with the operations and play an important role in finding solutions when conditions change rapidly. The work method requires you to be confident, responsible, and able to act even when the pace is high.
The main tasks include: Handling incoming emails, urgent recruitment, managing sick leave, some invoice and fee management, and registrations related to the Social Insurance Agency. Working hours vary between 06:30-16:00 based on the needs of the operations.
Who are you
To succeed in this role, you need to be very comfortable working with a computer as a tool. You should have good knowledge of Office 365. You as a person are self-assured and clear in your communication. It is important that you can work independently and dare to take initiative as well as handle stressful situations. As a person, you are structured, responsible, and solution-focused. You enjoy working both independently and collaboratively, maintain calm under pressure, and have a professional approach.

Formal competence requirements
- Good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form is required.
- Digital identification with Bank ID
- B driver's license
Meritorious
It is an advantage if you have experience in administrative work as well as staffing or recruitment-related work.
Employment
Temporary employment at 100% until 31/8-26. For the role, it is important that you are available for a quick start.

The administrator is currently placed at Support and Function within the Welfare and Labor Market Administration, which is organized directly under the Welfare and Labor Market Committee. The immediate supervisor is the operations manager.
